At Indoor Stoves, we value your satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide a structured return process to assist you.

30-Day Return Period

You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in the following condition:

  • Unused and Uninstalled: The stove or accessory must not have been used or installed.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be in their original crate or box with all tags and documents included.

  • Restocking Fee: $0.00. We do not apply restocking fees for eligible returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please inspect your stove upon delivery before signing the receipt.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you return an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind or selecting the wrong model), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. For stoves, this may include freight and palletization costs.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Email Help@indoorstoves.com with your order number and the reason for the return request.

  2. Prepare the Shipment: Secure the item in its original packaging. Ensure the stove is properly palletized if it was delivered via freight.

  3. Dispatch: Follow the specific shipping instructions provided by our team once your request is reviewed.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once the return is received at our facility, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the "unused" and "original condition" requirements.

  • Refund Timing: Upon approval, a refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
